ALL STAFF CRB CHECKED

Apply for a new CRB:

If you aim to earn a living out of working with children then the CRB charge roughly £65 for a check. If you are a volunteer they charge only £17.65. Sporting Dreams can process one for you for a administration charge of £5. You would make one payment to Sporting Dreams and the other to the TMG CRB.

We are looking into cheaper methods of helping instructors get a CRB check and will keep you updated. To apply email your address and details to info@sporting-dreams.co.uk

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT WITH MY APPLICATION:

We can only take on people who are qualified or who have experience unless it is a voluntary role.

Stage 1:

We check you have a valid CRB enhanced disclosure within the last three years.

If you do not have a valid CRB you will not be considered for the position. However you can apply through Sporting Dreams for a new CRB.

Stage 2:

If your application is successful you will then be sent emails and text updates of the details of latest jobs in your location. details of how to apply for the positions will be included in the email. This is usually the stage we will require your CV. Do not send your CV until we ask you to.

Stage 3:

If your application and CV are what we are looking for then you will be contacted lightly interviewed over the telephone.

Stage 4:

If we feel you meet our criteria you will either be invited to attend a formal interview or may be invited to attend a practical interview, whereby we can see you in action with the children. This usally entails you leading a group on 20 to 30 children for a one hour class.

Stage 5:

If you meet our criteria and we feel you are the strongest candidate and your reference check out, you will be offered the position. However if you were unlucky you may be offered another position.

Stage 6:

We will try our upmost to provide feedback about your application but sometimes it is not possible.
